Designed three interconnected products inside a live student mobility startup a driver app (Heroh), a supervisor ops platform (Otime), and a parent-facing website (ZeroNow). Ran actual school routes before designing the driver app; found the original flow required 12 deliberate taps per trip. Redesigned it to require zero in the standard case. For Otime, mapped supervisor workflows from scratch and structured a 4-level hierarchy that made campus health readable in under 5 seconds. For ZeroNow, structured the entire IA around the parent's core anxiety, safety and trust before any feature or data point.
